The Shaker Bison softball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Guilderland Flying Dutchmen to 2 in the Bison league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Shaker improves its record to 7-6 on the year. The Bison travel to Colonie Central (Albany, NY) to clash with the Raiders in a Section 2 Suburban - Blue game on Friday, May 5. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 13-1. Colonie Central won 2-0 in their recent league game against Saratoga Springs (Saratoga Springs, NY)

In their next game, the Flying Dutchmen clash with the Chatham Panthers (Chatham, NY) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 4. Guilderland will attempt to improve on its 11-5 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 9-1 record after their 9-8 non-league win over Berne-Knox-Westerlo (Berne, NY).
