Indiana High School Softball - Tri-Township bounces Lake Station Edison

May 3, 2023: Lake Station, IN 46405

The Tri-Township Tigers (LaCrosse, IN) softball routed the host Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles (Lake Station, IN), 26-4 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Tigers (5-8) will now prepare for their bout against Morgan Township (Valparaiso, IN). The Cherokees go into the Porter County bout with a 10-4 record. In their last bout, Morgan Township was routed by Kouts (Kouts, IN), 11-10, in a league bout.

The Fighting Eagles now possess a 1-12 record. They play next when they host South Central for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 4. Lake Station Edison will confront a Satellites squad coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to Boone Grove (Valparaiso, IN). The Satellites record now stands at 9-4.
