The Mandan Braves got by the visiting Jamestown Bluejays baseball team by a count of 5-4 in Friday's league bout.
The Braves now possess a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Century for a Class A - West Region bout on Tuesday, May 7. Mandan will face a Patriots team coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Fargo Davies (Fargo, ND). The Patriots record now stands at 3-6.
Next, the Bluejays face the Watford City Wolves (Watford City, ND) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 4. Jamestown will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
