The Wayne Trace Raiders baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds to 7 in the Raiders non-league victory on Friday.
The Raiders (16-4) will now prepare for their match against Parkway (Rockford, OH). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 5-9 record. In their last match, Parkway was edged by Versailles (Versailles, OH), 9-2, in a league match.
The Thunderbirds (8-7) will now prepare for their match against Celina (Celina, OH). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 15-7 record. In their last match, Celina tipped Lima Senior (Lima, OH), 9-3, in a non-league match.
