The Tri-County Mustangs baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting Polo Panthers to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Friday.
The Mustangs (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Trenton (Trenton, MO). The Bulldogs go into the Class 3 District 16 match with a 14-8 record. In their last match, Trenton tipped Milan (Milan, MO), 12-2, in a non-league match.
The Panthers (10-10) will now prepare for their match against Penney (Hamilton, MO). The Hornets go into the Class 2 District 15 match with a 9-10 record.
