The Soldotna Stars baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Redington Huskies to 1 in the Stars league victory on Friday.
The Stars (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Houston (Big Lake, AK). The Hawks go into the Northern Lights match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Houston gained a win over Grace Christian (Anchorage, AK), 16-6, in a league match.
The Huskies (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Kodiak (Kodiak, AK). The Bears go into the Northern Lights match with a 2-9 record. In their last match, Kodiak was overwhelmed by Palmer (Palmer, AK), 16-1, in a non-league match.
