The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Gramercy Christian Warriors (Newport, NC) and the host Heritage Christian Academy Patriots (Zebulon, NC), saw Gramercy Christian's volleyball squad nip Heritage Christian Academy by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Gramercy Christian upgrades its record to 13-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Trinity Christian (Greenville, NC) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, May 4. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 12-0. Trinity Christian won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Jacksonville Christian Academy (Jacksonville, NC)

The Patriots now own a 6-3 record.
