The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Shelton Gaels (Shelton, CT) and the host Law Lawmen (Milford, CT), saw Shelton's lacrosse team nudge Law by a margin of 14-13.

The Gaels (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hamden (Hamden, CT). The Green Dragons enter the Southern Connecticut challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Hamden edged Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT), 12-9, in a non-league challenge.

The Lawmen (3-10) will now prepare for their challenge against West Haven (West Haven, CT). The Blue Devils enter the Southern Connecticut challenge with a 0-13 record. In their last challenge, West Haven was tipped by Trumbull (Trumbull, CT), 17-1, in a non-league challenge.
