California High School Softball - Del Oro bounces Vista del Lago

May 3, 2024: Folsom, CA 95630

Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA) and the host Vista del Lago Eagles (Folsom, CA), witnessed Del Oro's softball squad prevail over Vista del Lago by a count of 19-3.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 18-8 record. They play next when they travel to Granite Bay for a match on Tuesday, May 7. Del Oro will face a Grizzlies squad coming off a 7-1 league win over Folsom (Folsom, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 11-11.

With the loss, Vista del Lago moves to 14-6 on the season. The Eagles host Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA) to face the Falcons in a match on Tuesday, May 7. The Falcons go into the match with a record of 6-4.
