Highland Huskies (Highland, NY) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Wallkill Panthers (Wallkill, NY), 11-9 in a league battle.

The Huskies now own a 10-1 record. They take the field next when they host New Paltz for a Section 9 Division III battle on Tuesday, May 7. Highland will clash with a Huguenots squad coming off a 12-6 league win over Saugerties (Saugerties, NY). The Huguenots record now stands at 6-4.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Our Lady of Lourdes Warriors (Poughkeepsie, NY) in a Section 9 Division III battle, on Tuesday, May 7. Wallkill will attempt to advance on its 3-7 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 4-6 record after their 13-6 league loss to Highland (Highland, NY).
