In Friday's league test, the visiting John Glenn Knights lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-7 victory over the Mount Sinai Mustangs.
The Knights now have a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hauppauge for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 7. John Glenn will face a Eagles squad coming off a 8-6 non-league loss to Shoreham-Wading River (Shoreham, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 5-9.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the West Islip Lions (West Islip, NY) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 7. Mount Sinai will attempt to move on its 4-10 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 8-6 record after their 21-6 non-league win over Miller Place (Miller Place, NY).
