The crowd at Friday's non-league game between the Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) and the visiting Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC), saw Marvin Ridge's lacrosse team overcome Northwest Guilford by a margin of 12-4.
The Mavericks (15-7) will now prepare for their game against R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC). The Demons enter the non-league game with a 13-3 record. In their last game, R.J. Reynolds toppled East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC), 8-6, in a non-league game.
