Spectators at Friday's league match between the Archbold Blue Streaks (Archbold, OH) and the visiting Evergreen Vikings (Metamora, OH), witnessed Archbold's softball squad tip Evergreen by a count of 4-3.

The Blue Streaks now sport a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Elmwood for a non-league match on Saturday, May 4.

With the loss, Evergreen moves to 7-11 on the season. The Vikings host Montpelier (Montpelier, OH) to face the Locomotives in a non-league match on Monday, May 6. The Locomotives go into the match with a record of 12-7. Montpelier won 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Genoa Area (Genoa, OH)
