New Berlin Eisenhower Lions (New Berlin, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Brookfield East Spartans (Brookfield, WI), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Lions now own a 13-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pewaukee for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 6. New Berlin Eisenhower will face a Pirates squad coming off a 18-0 non-league win over Milwaukee Lutheran (Milwaukee, WI). The Pirates record now stands at 3-13.

With the loss, Brookfield East falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Spartans host Germantown (Germantown, WI) to face the Warhawks in a Greater Metro challenge on Monday, May 6. The Warhawks enter the challenge with a record of 9-5. Germantown lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Hamilton (Sussex, WI)
