The Vikings now own a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they host Arkansas City for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 6. Winfield will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 15-8 league loss to Salina Central (Salina, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-9.

With the loss, Conway Springs falls to 10-10 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Medicine Lodge (Medicine Lodge, KS) to face the Indians in a Central Plains challenge on Monday, May 6. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 7-9. Medicine Lodge lost 15-5 in their recent league challenge against Kingman (Kingman, KS)
