Crown Point Panthers (Crown Point, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Indian Lake Central Indians (Indian Lake, NY), 30-3 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Placid for a Section 7 Mountain Valley challenge on Wednesday, May 8.

With the loss, Indian Lake Central falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Johnsburg Central (North Creek, NY) to face the Jaguars in a Section 7 Mountain Valley challenge on Monday, May 6. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a record of 5-4. Johnsburg Central won 10-8 in their recent league challenge against Boquet Valley (Elizabethtown, NY)
