The Western Brown Broncos softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Mason County Royals to 1 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Western Brown improves its record to 19-5 on the year. The Broncos travel to Wilmington (Wilmington, OH) to clash with the Hurricane in a Southern Buckeye AA - American game on Saturday, May 4. The Hurricane come into the game with a record of 8-8.

In their next game, the Royals clash with the Lewis County Lions (Vanceburg, KY) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 7. Mason County will attempt to improve on its 16-8 season record.
