The Northridge Knights (Niles, IL) baseball trounced the host Alden-Hebron Green Giants (Hebron, IL), 14-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Knights now own a 12-14 record. They take the field next when they host North Shore Country Day for a Independent School challenge on Monday, May 5. Northridge will clash with a Raiders team coming off a 7-4 league loss to Francis W. Parker (Chicago, IL). The Raiders record now stands at 4-6.

With the defeat, Alden-Hebron drops to 4-13 on the year. The Green giants host Orangeville (Orangeville, IL) to clash with the Broncos in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 5. The Broncos go into the challenge with a record of 1-16. Orangeville lost 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against East Dubuque (East Dubuque, IL)
