In Saturday's non-league game, the host Allen Park Jaguars baseball team scored a nice 11-1 victory over the Escanaba Eskymos.
The Jaguars (13-5) will now prepare for their game against Clarkston (Clarkston, MI). The Wolves enter the non-league game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, Clarkston was overwhelmed by Oxford (Oxford, MI), 8-5, in a league game.
Next, the Eskymos face the Marquette Sentinels (Marquette, MI) in a Great Northern U.P. contest, on Wednesday, May 7. Escanaba will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Sentinels come into the contest with a 7-2 record after their 10-3 non-league loss to Negaunee (Negaunee, MI).
