With the triumph, Crystal Lake South advances its record to 14-9 on the season. The Gators travel to McHenry (McHenry, IL) to battle the Warriors in a Fox Valley - Valley match on Monday, May 5. The Warriors come into the match with a record of 21-2. McHenry won 4-3 in their recent non-league match against Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL)

The Maroons now have a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Latin for a Independent School match on Monday, May 5. Chicago University will battle a Romans squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Romans record now stands at 9-2.
