The Norwich Free Academy Wildcats (Norwich, CT) baseball trounced the visiting Immaculate Mustangs (Danbury, CT), 12-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Wildcats now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host East Lyme for a Eastern Connecticut - Division I challenge on Monday, May 5. Norwich Free Academy will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to South Windsor (South Windsor, CT). The Vikings record now stands at 9-3.

With the defeat, Immaculate drops to 4-8 on the year. The Mustangs travel to New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT) to clash with the Rebels in a Southwest challenge on Monday, May 5. The Rebels go into the challenge with a record of 5-8. New Fairfield lost 8-7 in their recent league challenge against Bethel (Bethel, CT)
