Illinois High School Baseball - McHenry sneaks past Johnsburg

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting McHenry Warriors baseball team scored a close 4-3 victory over the Johnsburg Skyhawks.
The Warriors (21-2) will now prepare for their game against Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL). The Gators enter the Fox Valley - Valley game with a 14-9 record. In their last game, Crystal Lake South held off Chicago University (Chicago, IL), 21-2, in a non-league game.
Next, the Skyhawks face the Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL) in a Kishwaukee River contest, on Monday, May 5. Johnsburg will attempt to move on its 17-7 season record. The Hornets come into the contest with a 5-15 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Westminster Christian (Elgin, IL).
