The Indians now own a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Portage for a Duneland challenge on Tuesday, May 6. Lake Central will clash with a Indians team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Andrean (Merrillville, IN). The Indians record now stands at 9-6.

With the defeat, Lincoln-Way Central drops to 11-7 on the year. The Knights travel to Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL) to clash with the Vikings in a Southwest Suburban challenge on Monday, May 5. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 10-14. Homewood-Flossmoor lost 6-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Marian Catholic (Chicago Heights, IL)
