The Lancers now own a 13-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kalamazoo Central for a Southwestern Michigan - East test on Thursday, May 8. Lakeshore will clash with a Maroon Giants team coming off a 10-5 non-league win over Plainwell (Plainwell, MI). The Maroon Giants record now stands at 12-12.

With the defeat, South Bend Saint Joseph drops to 13-2 on the year. The Huskies travel to Buchanan (Buchanan, MI) to clash with the Bucks in a non-league test on Saturday, May 3. The Bucks go into the test with a record of 4-9. Buchanan lost 11-8 in their recent league test against Brandywine (Niles, MI)
