The Northern Highlands Highlanders (Allendale, NJ) baseball trounced the host Wood-Ridge Blue Devils (Wood-Ridge, NJ), 13-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Highlanders now own a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pascack Valley for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 7.
With the defeat, Wood-Ridge drops to 11-9 on the year. The Blue devils host North Arlington (North Arlington, NJ) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 6. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 7-11. North Arlington lost 7-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Indian Hills (Oakland, NJ)
