The Olathe South Falcons baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Shawnee Mission East Lancers to 2 in the Falcons league win on Saturday.

The Falcons now own a 13-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mill Valley for a Sunflower test on Tuesday, May 6. Olathe South will clash with a Jaguars team coming off a 6-5 league loss to Olathe East (Olathe, KS). The Jaguars record now stands at 11-4.

With the defeat, Shawnee Mission East drops to 14-7 on the year. The Lancers host Lawrence (Lawrence, KS) to clash with the Lions in a Sunflower test on Tuesday, May 6. The Lions go into the test with a record of 8-10. Lawrence lost 10-1 in their recent non-league test against Washburn Rural (Topeka, KS)
