The St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting St. Mary's Saints to 2 in the Vikings non-league win on Saturday.
The Vikings now own a 13-9 record. They take the field next when they host Annapolis Area Christian for a MIAA B Black test on Monday, May 5. St. John's Catholic Prep will play a Eagles team coming off a 15-7 league loss to Boys Latin (Baltimore, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 6-9.
With the defeat, St. Mary's drops to 6-9 on the year. The Saints travel to Glenelg Country (Ellicott City, MD) to play the Dragons in a MIAA B Red test on Monday, May 5. The Dragons go into the test with a record of 7-14. Glenelg Country 0-0 in their recent league test against St. Paul's (Brooklandville, MD)
