In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Boone Toreadors soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 victory over the Creston Panthers.
The Toreadors (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Nevada (Nevada, IA). The Cubs go into the non-league outing with a 8-5 record. In their last outing, Nevada got by Perry (Perry, IA), 6-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Glenwood Rams (Glenwood, IA) in a Hawkeye 10 outing, on Tuesday, May 6. Creston will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Rams go into the outing with a 6-4 record after their 0-0 league Harlan (Harlan, IA).
