Joliet West Tigers (Joliet, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Sandburg Eagles (Orland Park, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Joliet West advances its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Joliet Central (Joliet, IL) to clash with the Steelmen in a Suburban Prairie test on Tuesday, May 6. The Steelmen come into the test with a record of 5-10. Joliet Central won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Shepard (Palos Heights, IL)

The Eagles now have a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stagg for a SouthWest Suburban Read test on Tuesday, May 6. Sandburg will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Andrew (Tinley Park, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 6-7.
