California High School Baseball - Palo Alto sneaks past Hollister

May 3, 2025: Palo Alto, CA 94301

The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) and the visiting Hollister Haybalers (Hollister, CA), saw Palo Alto's baseball team get by Hollister by a margin of 3-2.

The Vikings (9-13) will now prepare for their battle against Homestead (Cupertino, CA). The Mustangs enter the battle with a 7-15 record. In their last battle, Homestead held off Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA), 7-3, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Haybalers face the Harbor Pirates (Santa Cruz, CA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 7. Hollister will attempt to improve on its 13-7 season record. The Pirates enter the battle with a 1-12 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA).
