The St. Charles Cardinals (Columbus, OH) baseball trounced the visiting Pickerington North Panthers (Pickerington, OH), 9-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Cardinals now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop Watterson for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 5.
With the defeat, Pickerington North drops to 6-9 on the year. The Panthers travel to Central Crossing (Grove City, OH) to clash with the Comets in a challenge on Monday, May 5. The Comets go into the challenge with a record of 2-8.
