Fans at Saturday's non-league test between the Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL) and the visiting Lake Park Lancers (Roselle, IL), witnessed Lockport's lacrosse squad hold off Lake Park by a count of 3-2.

The Porters (3-1) will now prepare for their test against York (Elmhurst, IL). The Dukes enter the non-league test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, York was nipped by Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL), 8-3, in a league test.

Next, the Lancers battle the Wheaton-Warrenville South Tigers (Wheaton, IL) in a test, on Monday, May 5. Lake Park will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Tigers enter the test with a 4-7 record after their 9-5 league loss to Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL).
