The Avon Old Farms Beavers triumphed over the visiting Trinity-Pawling School Pride lacrosse team by a tally of 13-5 in Saturday's league game.
Next up, the Beavers play the Brunswick School Bruins (Greenwich, CT) in a Western New England Division 1 game, on Wednesday, May 7. Avon Old Farms will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record.
The Pride (3-9) will now prepare for their game against Choate Rosemary Hall School (Wallingford, CT). The Wild Boars come into the Western New England Division 1 game with a 8-2 record. In their last game, Choate Rosemary Hall School was overwhelmed by Salisbury School (Salisbury, CT), 12-11, in a non-league game.
