The Bacon Academy Bobcats lacrosse team (Colchester, CT), was overwhelmed 12-8 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Granby Memorial Bears (Granby, CT)
With the victory, Granby Memorial advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Bears travel to Rockville/Manchester/Stafford (Vernon, CT) to encounter the Rams in a non-league battle on Thursday, May 8. The Rams come into the battle with a record of 0-3.
The Bobcats now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waterford for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 6. Bacon Academy will encounter a Lancers team coming off a 10-6 non-league win over Westerly (Westerly, RI). The Lancers record now stands at 4-3.
