The Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL) lacrosse routed the visiting Lake Zurich Bears (Lake Zurich, IL), 14-8 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Fillies/Broncos now own a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Schaumburg for a Mid Suburban outing on Monday, May 5. Barrington will face a Saxons squad coming off a 12-3 league win over Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL). The Saxons record now stands at 11-2.
With the loss, Lake Zurich falls to 10-2 on the year. The Bears host Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL) to face the Patriots in a North Suburban outing on Wednesday, May 7. The Patriots go into the outing with a record of 9-4. Stevenson won 14-7 in their recent non-league outing against Lakes (Lake Villa, IL)
