Fans at Saturday's non-league test between the Jefferson Forest Cavaliers (Forest, VA) and the host Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA), witnessed Jefferson Forest's lacrosse squad gain a win over Western Albemarle by a count of 12-10.

The Cavaliers (11-1) will now prepare for their test against William Byrd (Vinton, VA). The Terriers enter the River Ridge test with a 7-2 record. In their last test, William Byrd nipped Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA), 14-5, in a league test.

Next, the Warriors battle the Orange County Fighting Hornets (Orange, VA) in a Jefferson test, on Tuesday, May 6. Western Albemarle will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Fighting Hornets enter the test with a 2-8 record after their 11-5 league loss to Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA).
