The Fredonia Hillbillies overwhelmed the visiting Ardsley Panthers softball squad by a count of 9-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Hillbillies meet the Jamestown Red & Green (Jamestown, NY) in a Chautaqua / Cattaragus I West challenge, on Monday, May 5. Fredonia will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.
The Panthers (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Pine Plains (Pine Plains, NY). The Bombers go into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Pine Plains was routed by Tuckahoe (Eastchester, NY), 8-0, in a non-league challenge.
