Michigan High School Softball - Carroll sneaks past Niles

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Carroll Chargers softball team scored a tight 7-6 win over the Niles Vikings.
The Chargers (10-4) will now prepare for their match against Western (Russiaville, IN). The Panthers come into the non-league match with a 13-3 record. In their last match, Western was nipped by Logansport (Logansport, IN), 10-2, in a league match.
In their next game, the Vikings confront the Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger Saints (Fort Wayne, IN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, May 3. Niles will attempt to better on its 3-9 season record. The Saints come into the match with a 8-6 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Western (Russiaville, IN).
