The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Mt. Pleasant Oilers (Mt. Pleasant, MI) and the host DeWitt Panthers (DeWitt, MI), observed Mt. Pleasant's softball team get by DeWitt by a tally of 11-6.
The Oilers (14-5) will now prepare for their bout against Central (Bay City, MI). The Wolves go into the Saginaw Valley bout with a 2-2 record.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Fowler Eagles (Fowler, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 9. DeWitt will attempt to advance on its 5-11 season record.
