The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Cadets (Fort Wayne, IN) and the host Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies (Plymouth, IN), observed Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran's softball team get by Plymouth by a tally of 7-2.
The Cadets (3-10) will now prepare for their bout against Griffith (Griffith, IN). The Panthers go into the non-league bout with a 7-5 record. In their last bout, Griffith was routed by Hobart (Hobart, IN), 2-1, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Pilgrims/Rockies clash with the South Central Satellites (Union Mills, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 3. Plymouth will attempt to advance on its 8-6 season record. The Satellites go into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 7-3 non-league win over Wheeler (Valparaiso, IN).
