The Walled Lake Northern Knights (Commerce, MI) softball routed the host Goodrich Martians (Goodrich, MI), 8-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Knights now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walled Lake Central for a Lakes Valley outing on Tuesday, May 6. Walled Lake Northern will encounter a Vikings team coming off a 20-8 league win over Mott (Waterford, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Goodrich moves to 12-5 on the season. The Martians travel to Clio (Clio, MI) to encounter the Mustangs in a non-league outing on Monday, May 5. The Mustangs come into the outing with a record of 9-4. Clio won 12-0 in their recent non-league outing against Brandon (Ortonville, MI)
