Connecticut High School Softball - Staples knocked off by Immaculate

The Immaculate Mustangs overwhelmed the visiting Staples Wreckers softball squad by a count of 11-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Brookfield Bobcats (Brookfield, CT) in a Southwest - Colonial challenge, on Wednesday, May 7. Immaculate will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT).

The Wreckers (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Ludlowe (Fairfield, CT). The Falcons go into the Fairfield County challenge with a 5-7 record.
