In Monday's non-league challenge, the Clinton Central Bulldogs (Michigantown, IN) baseball squad the visiting South Newton Rebels (Kentland, IN), by a final score of 10-6.
With the win, Clinton Central upgrades its record to 7-17 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Rossville (Rossville, IN) to battle the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 30. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 15-12. Rossville won 11-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Tri-County (Wolcott, IN)
With the defeat, South Newton falls to 4-16 on the season.
