Game Summary
The Lightning responded well to an early deficit and came roaring back for a 9-4 win in the Regional Semi-Final. Tyler Howard pitched 4 innings of relief for the win, allowing just one earned run and striking out 2 batters. Gavin Skrzypchak pitched the first 3 innings and worked out of some really tough situations by striking out 7 batters. The LCL offense was lead by Brendon Flinton who was 2 for 2 with 2 RBIs and 2 stolen bases and Braden Theis and Gavin Schieffer who each drove in 2 runs. The Lightning will now face Kenosha St. Joe's in the regional final tomorrow at LCL at 4:30 pm.
