The Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) softball routed the host Killingly Redmen (Killingly, CT), 9-3 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Panthers (13-9) will now prepare for their bout against Bristol Central (Bristol, CT). The Rams go into the non-league bout with a 20-1 record. In their last bout, Bristol Central held off Edwin O. Smith (Storrs, CT), 13-1, in a league bout.
