In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Shenandoah Mustangs baseball team scored a close 10-4 win over the Fremont-Mills Knights.

The Mustangs (3-2) will now prepare for their game against St. Albert (Council Bluffs, IA). The Falcons go into the Hawkeye 10 game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, St. Albert was overwhelmed by Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA), 9-2, in a non-league game.
