The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Edward Little Red Eddies (Auburn, ME) and the host Mt. Ararat Eagles (Topsham, ME), observed Edward Little's softball team get by Mt. Ararat by a tally of 12-6.

The Red Eddies (9-6) will now prepare for their bout against Lewiston (Lewiston, ME). The Blue Devils go into the Class A North bout with a 8-7 record. In their last bout, Lewiston tipped Mt. Blue (Farmington, ME), 10-6, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Brunswick Dragons (Brunswick, ME) in a Class A North outing, on Tuesday, June 3. Mt. Ararat will attempt to move on its 3-12 season record. The Dragons come into the outing with a 1-14 record after their 2-0 league loss to Bangor (Bangor, ME).
