Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Cromwell Panthers (Cromwell, CT) and the visiting Lyman Memorial Bulldogs (Lebanon, CT), witnessed Cromwell's softball squad tip Lyman Memorial by a count of 7-0.

The Panthers now sport a 16-8 record. They play next when they host Notre Dame Catholic for a non-league match on Friday, June 2. Cromwell will face a Lancers squad coming off a 10-7 non-league win over Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT). The Lancers record now stands at 15-9.

With the loss, Lyman Memorial moves to 15-4 on the season.
