St. Charles North North Stars (St. Charles, IL) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Fremd Vikings (Palatine, IL), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the North Stars face the New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, June 1. St. Charles North will attempt to better on its 19-2 season record. The Trevians enter the challenge with a 25-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Edwardsville (Edwardsville, IL).
The Vikings now have a 16-5 record.
