In Friday's non-league contest, the Central Cass Squirrels (Casselton, ND) softball team held off the visiting Beulah Goldiggers (Beulah, ND), by a margin of 4-3.
With the triumph, Central Cass moves its record to 15-5 on the year. The Squirrels travel to Kindred/Richland (Kindred, ND) to play the Colts in a non-league contest on Saturday, June 1. The Colts come into the contest with a record of 16-7. Kindred/Richland won 11-0 in their recent non-league contest against Velva/Drake/Anamoose (Velva, ND)
In their next game, the Goldiggers play the Velva/Drake/Anamoose Aggies (Velva, ND) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, June 1. Beulah will attempt to move on its 18-6 season record. The Aggies come into the contest with a 10-7 record after their 11-0 non-league loss to Kindred/Richland (Kindred, ND).
